1. Which app do I use?
Use the companion app named in your product’s quick-start guide. Add the light in the app, then follow its pairing steps to set colors, scenes and schedules.
2. Do your Wi-Fi lights work with 5 GHz networks?
Wi-Fi models require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for initial setup. Your phone may remain connected to 5 GHz if your router combines both bands.
3. Do the lights work with Matter, Alexa or Google Assistant?
Compatibility varies by model. Check the product specifications for Matter, Alexa or Google Assistant support and follow the included setup instructions.
4. Can I cut an LED strip?
Only cut a strip at its marked cut points, and only when its product instructions say it is cuttable. Cutting elsewhere can damage the strip and may affect coverage under warranty.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery is typically 3–7 business days; international delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
6. What are the shipping charges?
US shipping is $5.99, free on orders of $49 or more. Canada is $9.99, free at $79. Other listed destinations are $14.99, free at $99.
7. Will I owe customs duties or import taxes?
Non-US orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and handling charges assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
8. What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@rgbmcp.com before sending anything back so we can help with the return steps.
9. How long is the warranty?
Most products include a 2-year standard warranty. Ceiling lights and permanent outdoor lighting include a 3-year warranty. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.
10. How do I track my order?

11. Which payment methods can I use?
Available methods are shown at checkout. Bank transfer is currently offered as an interim option; online payment options will appear once configured for your region.
